First of all we will have to see the real reasons of putting on the extra weight without which we will never be able to lose the weight. It is easier to put on the weight than to lose the weight. Some important tips are are for it are- 1. Stop worrying about your weight and improve your eating habit everytime. 2.Extra use of sugar or sweet things should be given up. 3. Use oats to keep your protein level and blood pressure normal. 4. Proper exercise daily keeps you fit. 5. In diet the use of fats be the least. 6.Morning walk is also compulsory but it should not be slow. 7. Yoga which increases number of your breath. 8. Never make hurry in losing your weight. 9. Use green vegetables as salad. 10. The consultation of a able doctor is also very important before all these suggestions.

I am very much impressed by your high thinking.According to me an unexamined life is not worth living. Life is too short for mean anxieties so give up them and come forward to serve humanity.
