What does "choose for oneself" mean?choosing oneself or choosing sth/sb for oneself?

@dennislv No problem. So it's really xie xie ni? Just curious as "Ive always heard it as only "xie xie" without the ni.

"ni" means "you" in Chinese. xie xie ni=thank you “xie xie” is kind of similar to "thanks".
