"yom kipur" holiday for jewish

Jerusalem, Israel
September 14, 2013 4:28pm CST
HI, i'm jewish and i wanted to tell you about our most important and religious in the whole year - "yom kipur" (the day of forgiveness). In this day people don't eat or drink, don't use electricity or even brush there teeth, all of this to show God we sorry about the bad things we did, like act bad to our parents or eating ham. I actually did that thing, not because of God but because of health. What are you thinking about is, stay cool - danielle

It is such a good thing when one has a religion belief and act as it teaches. Many Chinese begin to learn Jewish philosophy now. My first post in Mylot! Nice to know you! : )

@danirozen LOL. It is quite acceptable for many people, that one is judged from his deeds, not his religion. I have seen a film about Messiah, was very moved by his doing to his enimy and country people. I believe a man who truely believes in Judaism is a good people we can trust. And Chinese people made good friends with Jews during the 2nd world war.
