"Jackson" is a surname, "Jaxon" is of almost the same sound of "Jackson", but how could it be a name? Is "Jaxon" a common name in English-speaking countries? I don't think so.

Jaxon is just one of a few spelling variations of the name Jackson. Jackson is usually a surname, but has been used as a first name.
