Okay.I am Green Hand.I have heard that Mylot will pay as long as we realease some new topics.
But could anyone tell me how could i apply for a paypal account?
Is there something wrong with my Mylot page?
I have google it to find the answer.However,i still can't figure it out.
Oh my! Could anyone do me this favour?

Any information you have read or heard of Mylot paying, is out of date. The earning program was discontinued some time ago. The new guidelines do allow some promotion with limits. Be sure and read those, so that you know what is acceptable here.
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!
