When can we upgrade our phone to the IOS7 system?

Now that the IOS7 system has come out, I look forward to upgrading my phone to that. While it seems that at present we are unable to update the system by ourselves. Anyone has updated your phone to IOS7?

Never update to IOS 7.0 !! Because the system is very slow to other iPhone or ipad except iPhone 5s. I was full of regret .

Are you series? Well, so I will give up trying to do that. Thanks for your kindness to tell me that. And there might be a way for you to downgrade the system to IOS6?
