It seems so hard for me to adjust. Eating almost veggies, fruits more water and almost everyday of exercise. I miss eating everything but its nice to see that something is changing on my body. Losing weight is so hard to achieve, I want it so badly that I want it to happen in a glance. Hopefully I can still continue doing it.

just make sure you are still getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need...you can achieve this with out eating meats and such if you are just wanting to go vegetarian......but if you are just easting the most low calorie things you can, just be careful. You don't need to starve yourself to eat healthy :)
