I don't know if I am already a VICTIM TO A SCAMMER but here goes my story/experience. While I was browsing my fb account over an andorid phone when out of nowhere came a message from a stranger. His message is that he is a deputy general manager of a bank and that he'd discovered that one of the account containing 4.5 million us dollars as he finished his audit and he's been put it into a suspended account since the owner of that account has been dead for 3 years now of a plane crash. I've asked him to present me proof about his claims (about the bank's name, bio info of the owner, his profile whom I can verify, etc.) and he sent me his international passport and called me several times (I gave him a cell number whose simcard I just bought earlier not my personal number so that anytime I sense something fishy so to speak I can just break the sim (-:) and he sounded sincere on his claims and even assured me that he'll be the one who will shoulder every expenses just to pull everythings off! He asked me if I can help him out to be an accomplice by pretending that I am an immediate kin of the said dead owner (of the 4.5 M account) at no risk or financial involve. I must admit that it's a very tempting offer that's very hard to resist. Now my question is: If you are in my situation, are you going to entertain his request or should investigate more?If ever you are in my shoe, what are the things that you must do so that you can say that it isn't just one of those INTERNET SCAMS? My last question is that if it is indeed a SCAM what legal actions should you take?

Yes that's really right that's why I'm investigating more about these guys coz as of press time they gave me lists of lawyers that will represent me on my behalf and the said lawyers are WILLINGLY TO REPRESENT ME PROVIDED I CAN PAY THEM A WHOOPING $9750.00 to cover all the legal charges! Boy that's a lot but I've been pushing all their LUCKS for what they don't know is that I'M RECORDING ALL OUR CONVERSTIONS so as if they cooking some nasty plan I WILL EXERT EVERYTHING TO PUT AN END TO THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS ACT ! Well wish me luck...

Hello, My opinion is that there are some real deals sometimes. Seldom is more realistic though. If I understood you correctly, this person wants you to be a willing participant in a open illegal act. It could be legal where you are. You surely would not want to pretend to be someone false, especially to gain money! This would haunt you the rest of your life. There are many ways to head you off, so it looks real. I have been investigating a real company myself. It's so real that wherever I go to check them out, they have all the areas covered. I cannot even get one bad review. This is a little too clean. It's the best I've ever seen. For around $1800.00 it will help the interested party all they can. I cannot afford this anyway. The decision is yours to make. Be careful, and good luck! Yes, you should investigate more. Locate some authority in the state this person is from, or search who to report to about this.
