My cell phone always showed my a message that the phone memory was full occupied. I deleted some software I seldom use and release a little space for memory. But about a week ago, the damn message shown up again! And finally, it couldn't receive any messages at all. I already tried to fix that problem even deleted my music software, but it still didn't work. I already decided to sent it off to be repaired. Today, I try again for the last time, here is my step: Link my cell phone to my computer, download 360 cell phone software into my phone, and used the software to remove virus and moved some software form memory card into the SD card, but the later function seemed didn't work. And even make my phone like infect some virus, running so slow. Finally, I cleared out the cache of browser, and it release dozens M! But the phone still run so slow, I suspect it it the 360 software's fault, coz before I downloaded it, my phone run very fast. So I decided to removed it. After removing it, my phone seems run faster, but still slower than ever before. I still need to figure out what happen, and fix it the problem. But the good news is, my phone can receive message again and I saved money from repair, and learn more phone knowledge by searching the internet.

wow, you have more patience with trying to fix your phone than i ever would have! I get frustrated when something is wrong with anything technological and usually pass it off to my boyfriend to try and fix. LOL

HI fruitcakeliz, I don't have boyfriend so I have to depend on myself. I wish I can pass it off to a boyfriend too. I was once impatience when my phone couldn't link to my computer or didn't work, but finally the problem was solved and I am very happy about that.
