How to choose right job?

I had worked for more than two years in trading industry.I used to be very confidence that i can do a good job,but the truth is that i am not performance good as a trade clerk.So i resigned from my job and consider if i am suitable for this kind of job.Is anyone face this situation before?come hear and i wouold like to see your comment...
