Can I learn English well?

I study English 3 years,but I cannot understand a lot yet,why!

Dont give up. i have been in Switzerland for 6 years.I cannot speak french fluently, but i will never give up. I tell you english is easy. The verbs do not change like the french ones. I had a hard time when i first came to Switzerland.

"Never give up" is a good advice, anyway many French are far to speak French correctly .
