If you have an existing website or blog, your main concern is getting traffic to your website! When I first started on the internet about 13 years, I was unfamiliar with search engine optimization programs or the short term SEO programs. I basically just submitted my sites to all the search engines that I could as well as paid some companies to help promote my site. I remember checking my websites constantly to see if I was receiving any traffic. But I never really gained a great deal of traffic from submitting my websites to the search engines of for paid advertisement. I did back then give up on the 10 websites I had and went to selling on auction sites. They did have a few more auction sites back then. I now learned some things that I didn't know back then. I know now that on some search engines it can take weeks, even months to get indexed. And even when you do, if you don't create a proper website it just gets buried at the bottom for no one to see! It really doesn't matter how fancy or professional it looks, It's about several things. Some of these things are proper keywords, proper heading tags for your site, the keyword density in your website and various other things. The second thing I learned is that I should have purchased an SEO program a long time ago. We all know the way that we can receive a ton of traffic and that is pay per click using the big guys to advertise. I tried ONCE and did get a lot of traffic, which cost me $1,500 for a month. Of course I made some sales, approximately $300.00 which amounted to a $1,200 loss! Now don't get me wrong advertising with the large companies using the pay per click method is excellent for get high quality traffic,if you own your own company and sell your own products! This saves you a lot of hard work, because you would also have a big company designing and promoting your website as well. By having your own products many companies do quite well and can afford this type of advertising. What about people like me that have affiliate accounts and make a very low commission on the products I sell! There is no way I can afford using pay per click advertising at these costs and still make money. Granted a good SEO program that really works is going to cost you about $200.00. But what I paid for in one month using the top pay per click companies I could have purchased 7 of these SEO programs! And remember once you buy this program, that's all you're going to pay is the $200.00 one time and not $1,500 a month.
