I need help how do toy get rid of popcorn it is on grandsons laptop and we cant get it off . have been given one sight but they want to charge we eill pay if we have to but there must be some free sights

I do not make popcorn on the stove because I aways end up burning it. What I do instead is buy the bag and then use my microwave bowl my mom gave to me years ago to pop the popcorn.
