Strawberry Coconut Cookie Mix

What You Need: 1 box Pillsbury Strawberry Moist Supreme Cake Mix {15.25 oz.} 3/4 Cup Flaked Coconut 1 quart size Wide Mouth Mason Jar Scrapbook Paper Ribbon What You Do: Carefully empty 1/2 of the contents of the cake mix package into your quart-sized wide mouth Mason Jar. Pour in all of the coconut. Then pour in the remaining amount of cake mix on top. {Or… if you’d rather, you can just pour in the entire contents of the cake mix, and then pour in the coconut all on the top} Whatever suits your fancy! ;) Put the silver jar topper on top, place a round scrap of scrapbook paper on top, then screw on the jar’s lid. {or you could use a doilie like I did here} Wrap some fun ribbon around the silver lid. Attach a Label with Baking Instructions Attach a label {or you can add the instructions to the top of the jar’s lid} with the following baking instructions. Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil in medium bowl. Pour in entire contents of jar, and stir well with spoon. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls. Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
