You should make sure that the chair you sit on in your office supports your back in the correct way. also make sure you look down at your computer monitor not look up. thats causes strain on teh eyes. You could also do some leg stretches while sitting down and get up and take a short walk at regular intervals of about an hour and a half

Yes. Walking at intervals is good option. and i never understand why office chair's support for back is always having weird shapes. It looks good and have some aesthetic values, but it never support middle of back and dont give support to neck. i always think we need to support middle of back and some part of neck. but it never happens. if some portion if neck is supported then weigh of head on neck will be reduced but rather they support head make neck dangling. :(

Arm pain? Back ache? Maybe it's how you are sitting Place your monitor directly in front of you, not off to one side (it should be about 20 to 26 inches away from you). Make sure your monitor is neither too high nor too low. CVS expert Dr. James Sheedy recommends that the center of the screen be four to nine inches below your straight-ahead gaze. You may need to place it on books or raise or lower your chair. If you reposition your chair, keep in mind that your arms should be parallel to the floor when you type, and your feet should be flat on the floor (or a footstool). Finally, maintain good posture at your desk: keep your back straight and your shoulders back.

Thanks King. That is pretty informative answer. I alway try to be get in comfortable position, but u get into troublesome position so easily that u realize it when back starts aching. right now my monitor come front of me and i think i need to look little above to see it correctly. Now a days working with computers are cozing more injuries than working in coal mines. :(
