What is joint venture? It's a company established by Chinese partner and foreign partner,all both of them should dedicate something to arrange the company.The foreign should supply sufficient funds,advanced technology ,management expertise and so on, and the Chinese partner is supposed to supply land,labor,and a portion of fund for infrastructure ,they can organize a board to arrange the company together.? Are u guys can find out the mistakes from my post??
