Exercise to lose weight is a slimming method and very effective, if you want to have a perfect body, the movement are essential. Exercise your body through brisk walking, table tennis, badminton, rope skipping, swimming, which canconsumption moderate energy, but we should pay attention to moderate, not to stimulate your appetite, it would run counter to one's desire. For some busy white-collar elite, at home can use the existing conditions to exercise. Men can do pushups and lady can do sit ups. We can according to our own interests and our own conditions to select in different time, doing different sports. In the meanwhile we lose weight we could develop our own hobbies and good living habits!
