Why do you have to have experience to get a job? This makes it hard to get a job if you've never had one.

That is why high minimum wage requirements are job killers because the more an employer is forced to pay, the more experience and productivity a new hire must have to make it worth the investment. No one gets hired if they don't earn their pay.

Very true. Often times experience can be gained through internships or lower level positions. As a young adult entering the "real world" I often wonder how I am supposed to fulfill a good career if it seems to take so long to get there!
