Presently i have finished my class 10 n i am going to study PUC n then engineering but after that i am planning for my higher education n i plan to go abroad but i dunno which country is the best for higher studies[to pursue Msci] .so friends will you please tell me which is the best country for it?

The best path for joining engineering in India is through IIT JEEE or AIEEE, where you can learn to apply the science and not to pass semeters. Then TOEFEL will help in getting master degree abroad.

I have no idea, so I cannot answer your question.
But as you are a person who likes to study, you might like to learn more about what our Creator is planning for us in the future, and what the 8 million people who want to learn about Him.
Many of them have studied a lot in the past, and maybe it has helped them in their work, but they have found that the best education is found in the Holy Scriptures, as it has true advice for life.
Some are using their skills by taking part in volunteer work, teaching others and those who have different professions, are constructing buildings and working with producing literature that will help others.
You can have a look at jw.org - this site is in many languages already but there are plans that there will be a thousand languages in the future.
I like to read about the prophecies that have already been fulfilled exactly, and we can also learn what will happen in the future. There is a wonderful future coming soon - for all mankind - so it is really worth the time we use to learn about it. So why not go to jw.org and learn more about it?
