I am beyond confused with the new myLot layout...!

I have been gone from myLot for a LONG time and now.... everything is soo different! Do people still earn here or has that changed? Are there major changes other than the visual aspect of things? I am trying to "re-discover" the site but am finding myself majorly confused.
