That's really true.. Eating burger and fries .. Oh my.. That too oily .. There's so many cholesterol we will get on those foods.. And the best to take is.. You just blend carrots, iceberg lettuce, cucumber and other veggies, and you may also blend some fruits to make your body figure maintained..

sometimes eating junk food makes me very happy, because junk food is very delicious, but for the most of time, i choose healthy food, like vegetables, fruits, steam meet and soup.
