An Egg McMuffin in my freezer!

I think most of us enjoy an Egg McMuffin for breakfast. So I just make my own and freeze them. When those yummy English muffins go on sale, I'll buy extra, along with some Canadian bacon, eggs, and my favorite cheese. It's just too easy to make. Make a few plain omelets (eggs only), then cut the eggs to fit onto your toasted muffins, add cheese and Canadian bacon. After they cool down a bit, wrap them in a paper towel and freeze in a zip-lock bag. When you are ready for one, just pop one in the microwave for 90 seconds. Since it is already wrapped in a paper towel, there is no dishes to clean before you go to work. Does anyone else have quick breakfast ideas that you can prepare in bulk and serve in minutes in the morning?

Hm, I don't really prepare stuff in advance like that. Sounds good though.
