What your favorite pasta noodle?

I'll bet that the most people under the age of 30 first pasta noodle ever eaten was macaroni. Darn those people over at Kraft Foods. For me, it was good old spaghetti. Over the years I have eaten just about every type of pasta that was ever created. My new favorite is mini Ziti served cold on top of a fresh garden salad. Good stuff! So what was your first pasta ever eaten and what is your favorite pasta dish now?

My daughter's on a gluten free diet, and the best pasta for that seems to be Trader Joe's corn pasta. Low price too. If you cook it right, you really can't tell it's not wheat pasta. My first pasta was probably spaghetti.
