When we meet some stranger, we should behave in a very decent way because he is not only one person at that time but whole family. In the same way when he is out of the state he represents his whole state.
If you are misbehaving with someone, it means you are responsible for the honour and the ignominy of the state and family. The same thing happens when you are out of the country. Therefore we should always behave very well with others.

100% right, but does most of us remember this always? If the answer could have been Yes, then we did not have any crime, war, jealousy, anti social activities or the like. Hope everyone be a gentleman or a gentlewoman.
