I always either sleep for too long or hardly at all, and still feel tired. I recently read that every 90 minutes equals an entire sleep cycle while we are asleep. If we wake up during a sleep cycle, it's impossible not to feel exhausted and have a difficult time getting out of bed. Although depending on a persons age, they may or may not need a lot of sleep. Yet I've found it to be true; if I wake up after a sleep cycle I feel rested and energized no matter how much sleep I actually got. This website is especially helpful with this and I would highly recommend it for those who seem to always feel tired.
