Thanks @Bluedoll, the link answered all my questions. I came to know from a friend that here we are paid for taking part in discussions, but the link says that the earnings program is no longer valid :(

@magicpen2401 Yes true but you can still post and have discussions. People discuss how to earn online and things. I also seek to earn while writing..
