How about working in small factory

I'm working in a samll factory for 2 years. We were trading company at first.But our suppliers couldn't meet lead time and production ability so we built our own factory last year. I think it will be great chance for me. I want to be professional foreign sales and our leader also promise to support me! But it is too hard. Lacking of staff, I have so many responsibilities,so many little things. And then I have no time to do as a foreign sales.Besides, small company do not have enough money to join an B2B platform or exihibition . I can hardly get customer contacts. But everyone says it is a good chance if I can keep going on! It is really a long process I think. I am confused!
