Help Please We have a Property line disput

How do I disput or find where our Property line is now? Does anyone know where I can find the structural drawings or dimensions on a single family horse zoned tract house built in 1959 in Thous.Oaks Ca? Our side yard is no longer 10' ft wide as required for access. After neighbor built fence our side yard is now 6'.

If you go down to city hall, the will have a property descirption for you (maybe even a drawing of your property) that will give you the information you are looking for.
