Erik Surjan enjoys competing, and competing at a high level. He spent many years as a competitive athlete, and has participated in Track and Field events all over Australia. One of Erik Surjan’s events is the decathlon. The decathlon is a classic, grueling event consisting of ten different events. A decathlon traditionally is held over two consecutive days. Participants in the decathlon, such as Erik Surjan, compete in 100 metre, 400 metre, and 1500 metre races, in the long jump, high jump, shot put, 110 metre hurdes, discus throw, pole vault, and javelin throw. Erik Surjan(Master of Marketing) has also applied himself to his education. He holds degrees in Business Marketing and Business Management from Edith Cowan University, in Perth, Western Australia. He received both of those degrees in 2003.
