Yang Zhe, welcome to mylot. I checked on your profile and you are a med student. Good. My daughter is a med student, too. Since my country is right below China, a little to the right, Pacific side, the Chinese have come to trade with us several hundred years ago, since the merchant Li Ma Hong came to barter with our goods. That means almost all of us has a little Chinese blood, although the pure blooded Chinese, of course, do not consider that as Chinese. I don't either. I am Filipino through and through. But I love tikoy and hopia and many other Chinese delicacies. Our cuisine includes Chinese courses, with pancit and mami noodles almost a daily staple. We celebrate the Chinese New Year, too. And we shout out Kung Hei Fat Choi. The Year of the Sheep is coming. Is that what you call Yuan Dan?
