just couldn't

I wanted to forget everything about him but I just couldn't, the more that I plan to forget him, the more I miss him,,, I wanted to approach him but just couldn't this thing is suffocating me so much...

Make up your mind, what you want to do. You could always communicate to him/her your feelings if you really miss him/her. If you do not convey your feelings, there is no way that s/he could come to know automatically. All the best.
