We can avoid heart problems in the future by adopting a healthy lifestyle today. Heart disease may be leading cause of death , but that does not mean that we should accept it as our fate.Some important tips to avoid heart attack-- 1-Never smoke or use tobacco. 2-Exercise for 30 minutes on most of the days of the week. 3-Eat a healthy diet. 4-Keep trans fat out of your diet.Deep fried fast foods, Bakery products, packaged snack foods.margarines and crackers. We should try to keep saturated fat to no more than ten percent of your daily calories. Such as red meat, dairy products and coconut and palm oils. Plant based sources of fats such as nuts, olives, and olive oil help our heart by lowering the bad type of cholesterol.We should use fruits and vegetables to prevent heart disease and try to avoid more drinking habit.
