I can't help to reading and watching the Tv in English. And it was too crazy to say goodbye to my husband in English. I told him:"Bring me something" in English! Oh, God saved me! I can't stop it!

The more you use it the better the improvement so, use it as often as possible. Even if it's only one or a few words at a time, it will help.
