Training new employees

My brother has started a new business and I am taking charge as the HR there. I have worked as an HR previously but I am still a tiny bit nervous about this new job. I would be really glad if you guys pour in your tips on how to perform as an HR. I would also like to get some advice on employee training as we are going to have some freshers there who would require training.
