How vulnerable the human life is: this can happen to any of us. Can science ever make the universe free from such calamities-I do not think so.

We might get better at prediction, even prevention, but totally prevent, I doubt it.

it is a natural casualty which has increased due to the human activities and in future the earth will be so efficient that there will be no such casualties, this is just a common response of people and i am one of them

I agree human activities has done much damage to nature.The science explored the nature more than she allowed. Can destruction by science be rehabilitated by science? I feel it must,it is obliged so.
