When my daughter got her income tax refund this year, back in March, she bought smart phones for herself and her kids. While she was at it she got me one too. This is technically the first smart phone I have ever had. Actually a few months before that a friend gave me an old one of his that couldn't get service in this area so I could download candy crush from the internet since I had become addicted to it. My daughter in law got me started playing it on her phone but she needed her phone more than I needed to play the game so I didn't get to play as often as I would have liked. Anyway, I was a little afraid of this new smart phone at first. I was afraid that I would do something that would break it or wipe the programming or something. Plus I had no idea how to use it's many features. So, I read all the paperwork that came with it only to be more worried. Finally my daughter said I just needed to use it and explore what it could do. So, I started out with basic phone calls and texting. Since my old phone wasn't backed up with verizon I had to input all my contacts by hand. I immediately noticed that I could group contacts into type. I thought that was nice cause it made it a lot easier to look up a contact when I knew they were family or business or whatever categories I decided I needed. then I signed into my facebook account on the phone and was I surprised that all my friends sinced into my contact list. Since then I have learned to do many things with this phone. It truly is the multitaskers perfect phone but there is still more to learn and practice so I can completely master it.
