I've never heard of cauliflower used in an omelette. I've had it with butter or cheese sauce, and there was a cauliflower Indian dish that was really good, but never in an omelette.

My kid has been begging me to make cauliflower rice. Apparently I've done something right. The other one loves broccoli. They fight over vegetables at dinner time...

Thanks for asking @inertia4 Ok, this is a very quick, easy, delicious recipe. The quantities are for 6 persons. Preparation time and cooking time: about 15 minutes. We have to wash 1 cauliflower and cut it into very small pieces, put it in a non-stick skillet with 12 tablespoons olive oil, 3 garlic cloves (minced), 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste, cook with a lid until it is tender, remove the garlic, beat 9 eggs, pour them over the cauliflower, turn the omelette over.

@inertia4 Yes, this recipe is very simple. Try it, when you have time. Thanks for your mother's recipe. Sounds very good. I love cauliflowers, rice, mushrooms, garlic, onions.

I have never heard of the name but honestly, I love omelette. It's easy to make, isn't it? When I don't know what to cook, I always cook omelette.

No I haven't but I wouldn't like it since I'm vegan and therefore don't wish to eat omelettes. I've never liked omelettes anyway. Cauliflower isn't one of my favourite vegetables. I do eat it on occasion. It's good baked with homemade BBQ sauce. If you look up BBQ cauliflower bites you'll find loads of recipes.

Wow, it sounds great. I really love this cauliflower vegetable but here in my place, we don't usually add vegetables to omelette, maybe they are not creative. They just want the plain omelette.
