Precaution is better than Cure

Hello mylotters , According to my view every disease has got cure but Before a disease can occur , why we cannot do precautions so that disease can be stopped without occuring it. Lets give an example that Malaria and dangoue is spread by mosquitos then why we cannot do precautive measures that Malaria and dangoue cant spread and occured by not letting water to stop and by keeping our homes clean and hygenic and by using mosquito net. So guys what do u think about it that 'Precaution is better than Cure'.
