I'm a vegan. Being vegan means that you don't eat any animals or products that come from them, wear or use any products that come from them or partake in entertainment which includes animal cruelty. It has been the single best decision of my life. Although it can be hard at times when I can't find something I want to eat out because there are limited options where I live. I can nearly always find something though and all you have to do is ask. Sometimes vegans have a negative environment surrounding their name and I wonder why that is. I understand that some vegans can be a bit preachy but is that all. I have a huge passion for cooking I love to eat healthily and thrive through my lifestyle. So have you even considered going vegan or are you already one? Why or why not?

I was looking for more of a discussion about it. That's why I included the why of why not. I guess it's different if you never thought about it.

@Kate34 I do not feel well when I eat vegetables, I feel bloated and I have stomach cramps. We are not all the same. Just last week a one year old kid has been hospitalized because their parents were vegan, the poor kid had not enough nutrient from veggies only, he is now in a coma, the doctors are trying to save him with transfusions.

I think I could never become a vegan. Basically since kids I don't like veggie. I have tried to love vegetables now and it's getting better, but to become full vegan I can't. I can't resist the temptation of chicken, beef and fish

Ah I see. It is kind of essential to love veggies as a vegan but it's important to eat them no matter what your diet is. I found I loved them more since I ate them more after I became vegan. For me, there is no temptation I prefer to eat veggies, beans, grains and fruits.

I have never thought of going vegan..I eat sea food and eggs and no other meat and of course lots of vegetables ,pulses and diary products and I am quite happy with it ! However I have some friends who are vegans , who do find it hard when they go for holidays or when invited for dinner or lunch at other peoples house!
