why i am looking so powerless and small like not a grow up

this photo took three months ago,, reviewding "me" on the picture ( middle) , it looks so prowerless and small ,,like a child between them. i am totally in an audlt age and have serval years working experise,, why it looks so young , ordinary young face keeping it is a good thing . but it brings me confuse when discussing with powder man
