Losing and gaining weight again

I lose ten pounds already after few days of carbohydrates and after sugar restriction diet then I gained back ten pounds back again when I can't no longer continue not eating anything with sugar and some carbohydrates like rice and breads. I would try to eat salads with vegetables and some white meat. Maybe that can help me satisfy my craving of sweets and food that are sources of carbohydrates.

I have lost weight now,I'm worried because I feel like I'm getting skinny again.I don't do any diet.I'm good it just this losing weight.

I feel you. I have been trying to get on a strict diet and exercise recently. I am actually very skinny and am trying to get my weight up but not in fat. Hope your dieting goes well.

Yes I just hope so. I wanted to lose weight fast but it's hard to stick with low carb diet when I will always think of what I have been missing.

I've managed to maintain my weight and keep it under 150 pounds although my target weight is 135 pounds. Losing weight and keeping the weight off really depends on physical activity and diet. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
