No Audio on all Channels

I have made a post on the other sites about how our Smart TV turns into a black screen though you can hear an audio playing around. We used a smaller TV now and this time it has a picture and no sound at all. After visiting multiple channels,still the same.We find it useless now for we can no longer understand what we're seeing. Any ideas about this?

Make sure all connections are properly hooked up and make sure that the cable box or TV is not on mute. :) Are you using HDMI?

I would recheck all your connections and then go into the settings and see if they all look like they should. You should have some kind of directions that came with your TV and they might be able to point you in some direction. It sounds like the signal is not coming through properly.

@MinePearl I try as many things have happened to me similiar to thisand generally it is just something we have seemed to not have set properly.

I would call the store where you bought the TV and tell them the problem maybe they will be able to help you.

@Marcyaz Yes,we'll do that with our Samsung Smart TV problem but the problem is this has been brought abroad,It is still on warranty but don't know if the warranty we have can be applied here in my country?
