Benefits of Yoga in life

Yoga is the art of right action which enables one to remain steadfast amid worldly tribulations and tackle all disharmony, the root cause of all evils and problems. It helps one with infinite expansion of self with abolition of ego, which is the root cause of differences between people. By practising yoga one not only maintain physical well being, but it develop non attachment and cultivate unconditional love for God and it's creation. A true practitioner of yoga does not do anything out of his love for it, but loves whatever he does and never worry about the outcome. He honestly fulfill his obligation towards his society, country and fellow human being without accepting any praise or reward for it. Those who oppose this think it's origin to be Hindu religion, but this is a way of living a trouble free life for any one belonging to any religion.
