Just got back from talking a walk with the wife and our youngest. We haven't walked in ages. Although it's Llike 95 degrees it was refreshing.

I go for a walk every morning while it is still cool.

We can't in the morning. We both work . So getting the kids ready means we get up at 5 to 530 anyways.

Wow thats way too hot for me. I would pass out with no umbrella over me. Glad you were able to do it friend. Walks are so valuable.
