Links between Mylot and Social networks

I share many of my posts and quite a few other people's posts on Facebook and Twitter using the little links on the pages here. If readers from there look in, are they able to like or comment on our articles too? Do their visits influence our income? Also, could we have similar links for other pages, i.e., Pinterest.
