We finally found the right real estate agent

As some of you know my husband and I are trying to sell our house at the moment. It is an old house and we have renovated the house in order to get a higher price. At first we talked to one of the local real estate agents. She visited our house, and some days later she contacted us about the price. She gave us an estimated selling price, and we were shocked when we heard the amount that she mentioned. If we accept that price we are going lose a lot of money, because the amount was much smaller than the amount that we paid when we bought the house. House prices on our island have decreased since that time, we are aware of that, but the amount was still much too small. We decided to contact a different real estate agent, and the estimated selling price that she gave us was $15000 higher than the price from the other real estate agent. We think that it is an acceptable and realistic price, and we have decided to chose the second real agent. We really hope that we will be able to sell the house relatively fast.
