why walk in the morning only?

Well here in Canada it is often advised that during the summer months, people walk in the morning or the evening when it is less hot. If people walk long distances through the unbearable heat, you're likely to overwork yourself and even pass out.

fresh air in the morning is what is good for the body , moreover the stomach is empty so , thats why , have you read that even yoga is recommended in the morning only . there are more benefits of doing exercise of any type in the morning.

They say walk in the morning because there are no cars travelling late at night and it gives the air time to clen itself up....
