Lucid Dreaming

Have you had experience with 'lucid dreaming'? Lucid dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming which allows you to almost control your dream! I don't think this is very common, and it's never happened to me before, but I think it's very interesting. I would love to have a lucid dream where I could control how my dream goes and do anything or be anything I want. I have heard that you can make yourself lucid dream. I plan to study up on it so I can give it a try.

@Angelee,I can control my dreams.If dreams are reflections of our subconscious mind,then how can you what to dream of.I may be wrong though.

I am trying to have a lucid dream every night but it takes a lot of work if you want to do it. Except if you are a natural lucid dreamer. I read in a lot of forums there are people who can do it without any effort.
