Bank it and live a normal lifestyle off the interest, but without working too hard if at all. As I get older, it would pay for any care that I needed...

Yes @flippish2014 Live normally rather than lavishly and not have too much to worry about for the rest of your life, with old age secure too.
Little to worry about is actually worth every penny of the million dollars, to me at least.
And a million dollars isn't actually a lot of money these days. It wouldn't last long if you went on a spending spree and then what do you do..? You've got to work to pay the bills on the big house and the luxury car etc....
