Love Scam and the image used by scammer from Ghana

I just want to share it with you about the love scam in which our house helper was about to be another victim of this love scam. So people from the Philippines and from another country, please help me spread that the photo I posted was been used by SCAMMER in which I think he is from Ghana. So here's the story. Our house helper had talked to this guy on facebook in which of course they don't know each other at all, who happens to be a foreigner and as he claims he is from San Jose California and even sent his picture of White Guy pretending to be American who is a Contractor Engineer. They became friends for about more than a month already and I have read as well his naughty conversation with our house helper as in sensitive languages then it come to a point that he told our house helper that he is going to send money baggage like million dollars and she should keep it here in Manila. I told the house helper that I am going to play with that just open her facebook account and I will be the one who will talk to that guy. Then I've created fake account on gmail and indicated the fake information too. Then I've received the complete information such as name, city and country. I discovered that he is from Ghana. Can I post here the facebook account of that scammer? I just sent the email of the possible fraud at the customer service of western union. Can someone help me on how to capture the scammer? Or where to put that scammer on block list? I am hoping that the real person on that picture will be informed that his image was used by scammer
